My name is Zhaoqi Cheng, or 程兆祺 written in Chinese. I am a third year PhD student in Business Technology and Marketing at the Tepper School of Carnegie Mellon University. I work with my advisor Dokyun Lee at the BIT Lab.
Methodologically, I combine machine learning with econometrics models to explore large-scale data with text-heavy attributes, such as patent files, online forums and user reviews. I am currently working as an RA at the Wharton School on deep generative models related to the representation and characterization of patented innovations.
